Freudenberg Mexico invites you to join our logistics team in Querétaro. You will manage weekly release transmissions to suppliers, monitor deviations with VRO, and propose corrective actions to protect customer delivery.

You will handle local supplier delivery notes, analyze premium freight, maintain inventory levels, process delivery orders for direct materials from emission to final delivery, and support engineering changes and physical inventories.

Formación

• Degree in administration, trade, or industrial engineering.
• Knowledge of customer platforms and processes.

Responsabilidades

• Send releases to suppliers weekly to support production planning.
• Track deviations with visual reorder (VRO) and propose fixes.
• Ensure supplier delivery notes with proper IDs for local suppliers.
• Address premium freight situations before authorization.
• Maintain inventory levels according to targets.
• Process delivery orders for direct materials from emission to delivery.
• Participate in engineering changes and physical inventories.
• Support import/export activities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Responsible of send releases to suppliers in weekly basis needed to complete the production plan using SAP Daily tracking visual reorder (VRO) to detect deviations and give proposals to fix them focus on customer protection
• For local suppliers ensure supplier issue delivery notes or remissions with proper consecutive numbers or indentification id
• Address and analyze premium freight situation before authorize using RFE format
• Maintain optimal levels of inventories according organizational targets
• Ensure processing to delivery orders for direct materials since emission until final deliver
• Participate in engineering changes achieve on time task assigned to logistics
• Participate in Physical inventories programmed by the company
• Support impo expo activities in case that be needed

Qualifications

• Degree in administration, trade, industrial engineer
• Customer knowledge (exepectation, specifications, platforms, processes, etc.)
• Customer issues management (backlog, complaints, etc).
• Supplier issues management (backlog, complaints, etc)
• Customer plaraforms: GM, FORD, FCA, VW, TIER1, SAP MM, SALES, PP, ASN, Import-Export, CTPAT, Administration of inventories, Logistics principles, (customer call-offs, material planning, production planning, BOM, ERP, warehousing)
• English Advanced
