Freudenberg-NOK Sealing Technologies is seeking a Growth Manager to lead process improvement initiatives, analyze data for optimal workflows, and drive continuous improvement across the Americas. You will support NPI activities to prepare products and processes for launch while ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment standards.

The role emphasizes mentoring apprentices and technicians, collaboration across teams, and delivering training to build capability and performance.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field; advanced degree preferred or compensating years of experience.
• Professional-Level English language skills preferred.
• Communication & Collaboration: Communicates clearly and concisely with colleagues at all levels.
• Value for Customers: Anticipates, understands and meets internal/external customers' needs and expectations.
• Innovation: Drives and supports innovative ideas while taking informed risks to develop new solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Reviews KPI monitoring systems and uses technology to achieve goals.
• Drives and champions a continuous improvement culture.
• Supports New Product Introduction (NPI) activities to prepare products or processes for launch.
• Ensures that all local, legal and Freudenberg requirements regarding Health, Safety, and Environment are fulfilled.
• Supports the creation of training documents and delivers training.
• Mentors Apprentices and Technicians to increase individual and team understanding and capability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Relevant Field; advanced degree preferred or compensating years of experience
  Specified Years of Industry-relevant professional experience
  Relevant certifications, system experience, and training
  Professional-Level English language skills preferred
  Communication & Collaboration: Communicates clearly and concisely, while engaging proactively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
