Sweat Pants Agency is hiring a performance media buyer who can drive growth across Meta and TikTok for DTC and ecommerce brands. You will build testing roadmaps, guide creative strategy, communicate with clients, and help scale winning campaigns.

Formación

• Hands-on experience scaling eCommerce brands.
• Ability to manage Meta Ads with real spend and show results (CPA, ROAS, revenue).
• Experience building or operating a Shopify store or eComm brand is a bonus.

Responsabilidades

• Own paid media strategy for DTC/eCommerce clients across Meta and TikTok.
• Build creative testing roadmaps — develop angles, write briefs for editors, analyze what's working.
• Manage ad budgets ranging from $30k / mo to $1m / mo per client.
• Diagnose the full funnel — identify if issues are creative, offer, or conversion.
• Communicate clearly with clients — present results, plans, and next steps.
• Work with UGC creators — source talent, write scripts, direct content when needed.
