Emma – The Sleep Company in Mexico City is seeking a finance professional to lead IFRS reporting and internal control, with responsibility for consolidations, analysis of sales, margins, inventories, and liquidity across the country.

You will bridge Accounting data with our e-commerce platform, support investor reporting and annual budgeting, and drive process improvements with a hands-on, analytical approach.

Formación

• Completed Bachelor's Degree in Business / Finance / Accounting.
• 3 years of experience as financial controller, auditor or accountant.
• Working knowledge of accounting and controlling aspects.
• Strong Excel skills; knowledge of MS Dynamics a plus.
• Able to build credibility across all levels of an organization.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Review IFRS-consolidated statements monthly, quarterly, and annually.
• Provide actionable analysis on sales, margins, liquidity, and R&D budgets.
• Interface accounting data with the e-commerce platform data.
• Support investor reporting and annual budgeting process.
• Analyze variances and implement corrective actions.
