Job summary

Factorial is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition and accelerate growth in the Mexican market. You will own paid acquisition channels, optimize campaigns, and collaborate with Marketing and Sales to turn campaigns into qualified pipeline and revenue.

Your role focuses on scaling customer acquisition, improving marketing efficiency, and strengthening Factorial’s position in Mexico with data-driven decision making and creative testing.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and native Spanish.
• Strong data-driven decision making for growth campaigns.
• Ability to translate analytics into actionable strategy.
• Experience working with cross-functional and international teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize paid acquisition channels across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and other platforms for Mexico.
• Develop performance strategies focused on pipeline, CAC, and MRR growth.
• Collaborate with LATAM Sales Development to improve lead quality and funnel conversion.
• Establish test-and-learn roadmap for bidding, targeting, messaging, and ad formats.
