Siemens Energy is seeking a Global Training Team member to assess needs for power transformer and switchgear training content and to develop unified materials across sites, ensuring consistency and high standards.

You will collaborate with local managers, trainers, SMEs and suppliers to produce diverse formats (presentations, videos, e-learnings, AR/VR), manage version control, and enhance curricula for workshop and office training.

Formación

• University degree in electrical/mechanical/industrial engineering or related technical field.
• Long-term professional experience as a Technical Trainer or Training Content Developer.
• Strong knowledge of energy grid technology products, particularly transformers and switchgears.
• Ability to design and deliver engaging, interactive training programs and learning content.
• Excellent English; German language skills are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assess training material needs of local sites and consolidate local content for trainings.
• Collaborate with training managers, trainers, SMEs and external suppliers to develop training materials (presentations, videos, AI videos, e-learnings, interactive digital training, AR/VR).
• Oversee version control and continuous improvement of training materials.
• Adapt and enhance existing training offerings, including digital formats (theory and practical exercises).
• Define and enhance training curricula for workshop and office training programs.
• Interface with internal and external supplier network and coordinate supplier activities.
