In this role you'll join our Learning Development Team focusing on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Data Analytics Solutions and will work with the training development team as well as Subject Matter Experts and Program Management stakeholders to create and/or validate materials for our training packages. This includes core content development and evaluation for training formats used by the learning development team, evaluating and updating engineering simulation workflows for selected materials, and gaining proficiency in software used for engineering simulation and high-performance computing operations. The individual in this role will use sound technical skills to meet organizational learning development goals.

What You Will Do

What You Will Need
Basics
  • Fluent in English (speaking, listening, writing) is mandatory
  • Being an active university student majoring in Engineering, with a graduation date from December 2026 to June 2027
  • Availability to work Half-time
Preferred
  • Experience with Siemens DISW / Altair software is a plus
  • Experience with science, technology, or engineering workflows is a plus
  • Classroom (virtual, in-person) training experience is a plus
  • Training material creation experience is a plus
