GE Vernova is looking for an Engineer – Generator and Electrical Systems Product Service Engineering to collaborate with global teams, strengthen expertise in generator and electrical system technology, and deliver timely, effective solutions that support fleet reliability and customer satisfaction.

Formación

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in generator engineering or related technology.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with global cross functional teams to build expertise in generator and electrical system technology.
• Support root cause investigations for issues with significant fleet impact, from initial investigation through the CAPA phase.
• Respond to internal and external customer requests for technical issue resolution, using technical product knowledge and analytical skills as well as subject matter experts (SME).
• Escalate fleet issues and drive corrective actions with design engineering.
• Establish collaboration with manufacturing, sourcing, service operations, quality, and design engineering to address issues in a timely manner.
