Job summary

Stripe, Inc. is seeking a Workplace Design Coordinator to maintain and elevate design quality across Stripe’s global office portfolio.

You will manage standards, review test fits and submissions, and support programs spanning vendor partnerships, wellness, sustainability, and practical AI applications. The ideal candidate combines strong design judgment with excellent communication and organizational skills, and is able to coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners with tact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and experience in workplace design or related fields.
• Proficiency with design tools (Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam).
• Ability to read architectural plans and translate research into design.
• Strong research, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve design standards across the global portfolio.
• Review test fits, drawings, and material selections; provide feedback.
• Coordinate design work streams for vendor partnerships and wellness initiatives.
• Explore AI applications for design research and documentation.
