Rockwell Automation is seeking a Global HR System Analyst skilled in Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management to design and enhance HR systems. You will partner with HR IT and Workday teams to optimize processes across Time Tracking and Absence Management, ensuring user-friendly experience and process excellence.

Location in Mexico City, with a hybrid work policy requiring presence at Rockwell locations on select days.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field.
• 5 years of experience with HRIS, specifically Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management.
• Proven project management skills with organized, multi-part tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with HR IT, Workday HR Systems Managers, and process owners to design or enhance Time Tracking and Absence processes.
• Serve as primary contact to HR Service Centers and Payroll for system changes and support.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and assist in testing HR system enhancements.
