PwC Acceleration Center Mexico is seeking a Workday Time Tracking and Absence- Senior Associate to analyze client needs, implement Workday solutions, and train users. You will engage with clients and help optimize operations while growing your leadership and technical skills.

The role emphasizes building client relationships, guiding teams, and delivering high-quality engagements within our Digital Core Modernisation practice. Strong English is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3 years of Workday product experience.
• Pursuit of or a Workday Pro certification.
• Oral and written proficiency in English required.

Responsabilidades

• Analyzing client needs to implement Workday software solutions effectively.
• Providing comprehensive training and support for seamless integration of Workday applications.
• Collaborating with clients to optimize operational efficiency and achieve strategic objectives.

• Managing and inspiring team members to deliver quality client service engagements.

• Leveraging a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate innovative solutions.
• Interpreting data to provide actionable recommendations for client projects.
