OEC Group is seeking a logistics professional to coordinate warehousing and road freight shipments in our GDL region, ensuring accurate records and smooth distribution for multiple customer accounts.

The role requires 1–3 years in logistics, strong organizational skills, and advanced English. You will work with warehouses, carriers, and internal teams to manage shipments and maintain service quality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, distribution, or supply chain operations.
• Experience in 3PL, warehousing, trucking, LTL/FTL, or freight forwarding is highly preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; able to manage multiple shipments and priorities.
• Customer-oriented with ability to communicate with vendors, warehouses, carriers, and internal stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with EDI/XML or freight management systems is a plus.
• Advanced English proficiency required.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary point of contact among warehouses, customers, sales reps, carriers, and vendors for warehousing and distribution activities.
• Coordinate road freight shipments from start to finish, including creation, transportation assignment, delivery management, billing, and follow-up.
• Manage day-to-day warehousing and distribution operations for assigned customer accounts, ensuring service expectations are met.
• Coordinate pickups, deliveries, shipment updates, and communications among all parties.
• Maintain shipment records and customer account documentation in company systems.
• Monitor workflow and complete reports to support shipment visibility and performance tracking.
• Review warehousing and distribution billing activities and escalate discrepancies when necessary.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Follow SOPs and maintain accuracy, compliance, and service quality.
