Donaldson is seeking a UX/UI Leader to own the design and content strategy for the global eCommerce Platform. You will create and supervise experiences that meet customer needs, shaping the digital purchasing path and supporting global campaigns and internal communications.

The role covers research, IA, interaction, and visual design across multiple channels, with a focus on improving user journeys, experiments, and content quality. Strong English and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Formación

• Experience with UX/UI design, wireframes, prototypes, A/B testing, benchmarking, and heatmaps.
• Knowledge of user research methods (VOC, NPS, surveys, usability testing, design thinking).
• Proficiency in web analytics for eCommerce.
• Experience with audiovisual design and production software.
• Strong copywriting skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze UX/UI opportunities and determine solutions.

• Develop and implement Ecommerce content strategy inside the eComm platform.
• Develop and execute a Shop Communication Plan for internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyze customer journey and mapping for pain points.

Owner and main responsible for the UX/UI and Content Strategy for the global eCommerce Platform. Create and supervise experiences that meets and exceed our customer’s needs. Develop the content strategy for our ecommerce ecosystem by designing/creating/implementing relevant materials focused on end customers digital purchasing path, global marketing campaigns and internal communication strategies.

Role Responsibilities

• Understanding users’ behavior when interacting with our different digital channels to identify frictions and opportunities for improvement.
• Supervise Wireframes and Prototype Solutions for eCommerce
• Responsible for User Research, Information Architecture, Interaction, and visual design.
• Analyze UX/UI Areas of opportunities and determine solutions
• Bring best practices for eCommerce UX/UI and Content Initiatives
• Develop & Implement Ecommerce Content Strategy inside the eComm platform.
• Develop & Execute a Shop Communication Plan for internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyze Customer Journey and Customer Mapping for Pain point discovery.
• Manage and execute eComm social media planning globally

Minimum Qualifications

• User Experience and User Interface (Wireframe, prototypes, A/B Testing, Benchmarking, Heatmaps)
• User Research Strategies (VOC, NPS, Surveys, Feedback forms, Usability testing, Design Thinking)
• Web Analytics for eCommerce
