Donaldson Company seeks a UX/UI Lead for the global ecommerce platform. You will own UX/UI and content strategy, design experiences meeting customer needs, and develop content across the digital purchasing path, marketing campaigns and internal communications.

You will oversee user research, IA, interaction and visual design, and drive ecommerce content initiatives from concept to implementation, collaborating with cross-functional teams worldwide.

Formación

• Must have strong UX/UI skills including wireframes, prototypes and A/B testing.
• Solid user research methods: VOC, NPS, surveys, usability testing and design thinking.
• Experience with web analytics for ecommerce platforms.
• Proficiency with audiovisual design/production software and copywriting.

Responsabilidades

• Understand user behavior across digital channels to identify friction points and opportunities.
• Supervise wireframes and prototype solutions for ecommerce.
• Own user research, information architecture, interaction and visual design.
• Analyze UX/UI areas for opportunities and determine solutions.
• Lead best practices for ecommerce UX/UI and content initiatives.
• Develop and implement ecommerce content strategy within the platform.
• Execute a shop communication plan for stakeholders.
• Analyze customer journey and map pain points.
• Manage ecommerce social media planning globally.
