Sensata Technologies, based in El Lago/USA operations, seeks an administrative and operational support professional to assist the Global Trade Compliance USA team. The role centers on accurate collection, control, and follow-up of customs documentation, and timely communication with U.S.

• Experience providing administrative support in a compliance or logistics setting.
• Familiarity with customs documentation and record keeping.

Responsabilidades

• Collect and consolidate weekly reports submitted by U.S. customs brokers.
• Process the daily release of shipping documents and waybills provided by U.S. customs brokers.
• Track documentation related to import operations into the United States.
• Retrieve and maintain records of CBP Form 7501.
• Distribute and maintain the HTS (Harmonized Tariff Schedule) database with authorized customs brokers.
• Organize and maintain the department's electronic filing system.
• Provide administrative support for customs compliance activities.

Provide administrative and operational support to the Global Trade Compliance USA team by ensuring the accurate collection, control, and follow-up of customs documentation, as well as timely communication with U.S. customs brokers and cross-functional teams to support compliance with international trade requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and consolidate weekly reports submitted by U.S. customs brokers.
• Process the daily release of shipping documents and waybills provided by U.S. customs brokers.
• Track documentation related to import operations into the United States.
• Retrieve and maintain records of CBP Form 7501.
