Sensata Technologies in Mexico is seeking a Process Technician to support engineering in driving improvements across process cycles, performance, cost, quality, and safety in line with production processes.

The role involves creating process documentation, assisting with equipment qualification, and preparing reports from monitored metrics. A team-oriented mindset, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office are essential.

The Process Technician provides technical support to engineers to achieve improvements in processes, in aspects such as: cycle times, performance, unit cost, quality and safety in accordance with operational and production processes.

General Responsibilities

• Creates process documentation including work instructions visual aids and route sheets for samples.
• Assists on advanced quality planning documentation as needed
• Assists in the qualification of new production equipment.
• Prepares reports using metrics obtained from monitoring using raw data, trends, and other reports
• Supports with the analysis of deviations of instruments and control systems to identify and resolve problems.
• Assists in improvement projects.
• Participates on product analysis on defective material to find root cause of the problem.
