Sensata Technologies in Mexico is seeking a Process Technician to support engineers in improving processes, reducing cycle times, and enhancing quality and safety across production lines.

You will create work instructions, assist with quality planning, qualify new equipment, and analyze data to identify root causes. The role emphasizes teamwork, organization, and proficiency with Microsoft Office in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Relevant work experience or knowledge of the role.
• Team player capable of rapid task switching in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong organization and time-management skills to achieve goals.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Responsabilidades

• Creates process documentation including work instructions, visual aids, and route sheets for samples.
• Assists on advanced quality planning documentation as needed.
• Assists in qualification of new production equipment.
• Prepares reports using metrics from monitoring data, trends, and reports.
• Supports analysis of deviations in instruments and control systems to resolve problems.
• Assists in improvement projects.
• Participates in product analysis on defective material to find root causes.

The Process Technician provides technical support to engineers to achieve improvements in processes, in aspects such as: cycle times, performance, unit cost, quality and safety in accordance with operational and production processes.

General Responsibilities

• Creates process documentation including work instructions visual aids and route sheets for samples.
• Assists on advanced quality planning documentation as needed
• Assists in the qualification of new production equipment.
• Prepares reports using metrics obtained from monitoring using raw data, trends, and other reports
• Supports with the analysis of deviations of instruments and control systems to identify and resolve problems.
• Assists in improvement projects.
• Participates on product analysis on defective material to find root cause of the problem.
