Sensata Technologies in Mexico is seeking a Process Engineer to assist in various projects within the Process Engineering department. You will perform research, testing, and deliver technical reports while collecting and analyzing data to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.

• Collect and analyze process data to identify inefficiencies or improvement opportunities.
• Support process simulations, flow diagrams, and documentation.
• Participate in testing and validation of process modifications.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, maintenance, and quality teams.
• Conduct research on equipment and tools and deliver technical reports.
• Follow up on suggestions for continuous improvement.
• Know and apply the policies and procedures of the Quality Systems, Environmental Management System, Occupational Health and Safety Management System, and any other system that the company requires for its operation.
