Job summary

HP Inc. seeks a Senior Manager, Total Rewards Systems to lead a global HR systems team focused on the Total Rewards portfolio, including compensation, benefits, recognition, and global mobility across Workday.

You will partner with Total Rewards, HR Global Services, HRIT, Payroll, Finance, Cybersecurity, and vendors to translate business priorities into scalable system solutions and delivery roadmaps, while driving governance and risk controls.

Qualifications

Four-year university degree or equivalent experience.
8-10+ years of experience in HR Systems, Total Rewards, Payroll, or enterprise systems.
Demonstrated experience leading technical or functional teams.

Responsibilities

Own the Total Rewards Systems portfolio, roadmap, service performance, resource planning, budget inputs, and delivery commitments.
Partner closely with Total Rewards, HR Global Services, HRIT, Payroll, Finance, Cybersecurity, Risk, vendors, and other HR Systems teams.
Translate business strategies and priorities into actionable roadmaps, operating plans, and measurable outcomes.
Lead prioritization and trade-off decisions across competing business demands, operational requirements, dependencies, and available resources.
Ensure solutions support the broader Total Rewards landscape and align with enterprise architecture, system standards, and business objectives.
