Job summary

HP is seeking a Senior Manager for Total Rewards Systems to lead a global HR Systems team. You will guide the roadmap for Total Rewards capabilities across Workday and related platforms, delivering on priorities with governance and stakeholder engagement.

The role requires strong leadership, deep expertise in Total Rewards domains, and experience managing large enterprise initiatives. Relocation to Mexico may be provided, with a focus on building a high-performing, inclusive team.

Qualifications

• Eight to ten+ years in HR systems, total rewards, payroll or enterprise systems.
• Proven experience leading technical or functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of Workday processes, reporting, security and integrations.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable system solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own Total Rewards Systems portfolio, roadmap, and delivery commitments.
• Partner with HR, IT, Payroll, Finance, and vendors to align priorities.
• Translate strategies into actionable roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Lead prioritization decisions across competing demands and resources.
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture and governance.
• Provide governance for design, testing, release readiness, and security.
• Monitor portfolio health, risks, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Coach and develop a global HR Systems team.
