Job summary

Jabil is seeking a seasoned Technical Business Unit Manager to align a global customer’s technology roadmap with Jabil’s strategy. You will lead multi-site teams, develop complex SOWs, and manage budgets.

You will present Jabil’s design and technology services to senior engineers and management, drive profitable design wins, and ensure flawless execution across international sites with clear customer alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science; PMP preferred.
• 13+ years combined education/experience in engineering/technology fields.
• Experience managing multi-site, multi-project programs with P&L responsibilities.
• Familiarity with design services, layout services, and Global Operations Services.

Responsibilities

• Align the customer’s technology roadmap with Jabil’s strategy.
• Develop complex SOWs, proposals, schedules, and budgets across global sites.
• Present and sell Jabil Technology to customers and executives.
• Manage multi-site TBUMs and interface with design/production teams.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and serve as primary contact for technical questions.
