Jabil, a global manufacturing solutions leader, seeks a professional to translate business strategy into work programs for assigned customer accounts. You will manage relationships, prepare RFP materials, and contribute to financial forecasting while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

The role involves mentoring junior staff and developing into a Business Unit Manager over 2–3 years, with a focus on logistics and cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Engineering, Finance/Accounting, or Business Management.
• 1–3 years work-related experience, preferably in Financial or Manufacturing Operations.
• MBA or equivalent degree program is a plus and encouraged within 2–3 years.

Responsabilités

• Trains and develops leadership potential toward a future Business Unit Manager role within 2–3 years.
• Manages a piece of the customer relationship through direct interaction and account ownership.
• Prepares materials for RFP responses and commercial claims (e.g., excess and obsolete materials).
• Contributes to the forecast and variance process in the financial system.
• Supports the Business Unit Managers in day-to-day needs and workcell management.
• Supports QBR and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provides indirect leadership to junior team members as needed.
