Jabil is seeking a Business Unit Project/Program Manager to independently lead large-scale projects for designated clients, focusing on quality assurance, systems, and manufacturing operations. The role demands broad scope, originality, and delivering results across milestones with extensive customer interaction.

You will oversee multiple projects within a Business Unit, direct project teams, manage schedule, budget, and resources, and serve as the primary Jabil contact for the customer,

Formación

• Broad knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, testing, and logistics.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial tools used by Jabil.
• Strong project or program management skills with cross-functional leadership.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities across stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee key projects or multiple programs aligned with BU strategy.
• Manage projects/programs under BU direction within schedule, budget and resources.
• Lead project teams and deliver results.
• Provide a single point of contact for the customer and interface with Jabil.
• Collaborate with internal and external customers to ensure satisfaction beyond expectations.
• Lead programs spanning functions, regions and cultures.
• Develop products through lifecycle from concept to end-of-life.
• May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
