Jabil, a global manufacturing and engineering leader, seeks a Business Unit Manager to drive strategic direction and oversee a customer account within a single site. You will lead a workcell, manage P&L, and guide RFP processes to maximize revenue and profitability.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, implement continuous improvement, and report on business metrics. A strong financial, manufacturing, and logistics background is essential for success in this role at Jabil Mexico.

Formación

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong financial skill knowledge and aptitude (balance sheet and income statement).
• Strong operational knowledge (manufacturing, supply chain).
• Experience with Jabil tools such as financial system and quote processes.

Responsabilidades

• Member of the plant strategic leadership team.
• Establishes and manages current customer relationships to capitalize on organic revenue growth.
• Owns P&L for a single site and leads RFP processes for assigned accounts.
• Leads workcell and is accountable for operational and financial performance.
• Manages performance and development of direct reports.
• Drives pricing strategies and continuous improvement of customer relationship metrics.
• Manages QBR process with the assigned customer.
