Precision Medicine Group is expanding its regional data management capabilities across Mexico and beyond, hiring a Senior Principal Technical Data Specialist to lead the foundation of this regional technical data management organization.

The role acts as the senior authority for Technical Data Management, shaping strategy, governance, architecture, testing, migration, and quality, ensuring outputs meet approved requirements before production use.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline with 12+ years of leadership.
Experience delivering major improvements or transformations at enterprise scale.
Proven enterprise- or portfolio-level technical leadership and governance.

Responsibilities

Define enterprise expectations for requirements quality and traceability.
Govern CRF templates, design principles, and data transfer agreements.
Establish architecture and governance for database delivery and interoperability.
Define testing standards and assurance for critical validation issues.
Govern major migrations, platform transitions, and archival practices.
