MMS is a data-focused clinical research organization seeking a remote Data Management Lead within Mexico. The role encompasses end-to-end data management, EDC optimization, client coordination, and regulatory compliance oversight.

You will guide data handling from study setup through close-out, collaborating with cross-functional teams on timelines and data quality. Ideal candidates possess at least 5+ years in data management, strong EDC and CDM knowledge, and excellent communication skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in scientific or health care field preferred with industry or relevant experience.
• 5+ years’ experience in data management with a minimum of 1 year leading projects.
• Extensive knowledge of paper CRF study systems, EDC, and hybrid CDM systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee data management activities from study set-up to close-out and act as primary DM contact.
• Advise clients on the best-fit EDC solution based on project needs and system capabilities.
• Interact with suppliers and clients to coordinate projects and maintain relationships.
• Lead data management initiatives, QC processes, and study documentation development.
• Support protocol reviews and ensure compliance with GCP/ICH and FDA regulations.
• Mentor new data managers and contribute to training exercises.
