MMS Holdings Inc is seeking an experienced Data Manager to lead end-to-end data management for clinical studies in a remote Mexico-based role. You will manage all steps from study setup through close-out, ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 5+ years in data management, strong EDC/CDM knowledge, and the ability to mentor junior staff while coordinating with clients and cross-functional teams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in scientific or health care field preferred with industry or relevant experience.
• 5+ years’ experience in data management field with a minimum of 1 year of experience leading projects.
• Extensive knowledge of paper CRF study systems, EDC, and hybrid CDM systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead data management projects with minimal supervision and drive timelines.
• Oversee DM study documentation including CRFs, DB design, validation specs, and DM plan.
• Coordinate data management from study setup to close-out and ensure QA of data and systems.
