Mars is seeking a Global technical lead to drive SAP MDG-M initiatives and transform Master Data Management across the enterprise. You will shape data models, integrations, and governance, partnering with IT leads and business stakeholders to enable trusted, enterprise-wide Product data.

The role emphasizes leadership in a matrix organization, with experience in FMCG data domains and complex data flows across systems.

Formación

• 5+ years in Master Data Management or Data Architecture in a multinational.
• Experience with SAP MDG stack (MDG/IS/Data Services/HANA).
• Ability to envision and optimize complex business processes and data workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical implementation of SAP MDG-M initiatives and continuous improvement.
• Partner with IT and business to design enterprise data models and integrations.
• Provide governance and ensure delivery of IT solutions across domains.
• Report progress, risks, and issues to leadership.
