Job summary

BRP is seeking a Talent Partner based in Querétaro to join our Global Talent Center of Excellence. You will partner with HRBPs and plant leadership to deploy and sustain global talent programs, including leadership development and employee engagement, across manufacturing sites.

You will help design, enhance, and evolve programs to meet business priorities while aligning with global standards. The role involves collaboration with regional and global teams, driving change, and ensuring compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years in talent management, program implementation, and sustainment strategies.
• Demonstrated project management ability in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Strong analytical skills to assess program effectiveness and improvements.
• Capable of driving change initiatives and adoption of new talent practices.
• Bilingual (Spanish and English) to work with international partners.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, evolution, and continuous improvement of global talent programs and initiatives.
• Lead deployment of talent programs across manufacturing sites, adapting to local realities while preserving global standards.
• Partner with HRBPs, plant leadership, and stakeholders to align priorities with business needs.
• Provide talent expertise and advisory support to leaders and HR partners.
• Contribute insights from manufacturing populations to strengthen global talent solutions.
• Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to share best practices and drive alignment.
• Facilitate communications and change management to support program adoption.
• Lead development sessions and learning experiences as part of BRP’s talent programs.
