Qualifications

• 3–5 years of recruiting experience in a fast‑growing tech startup or SaaS company.
• Hands-on experience recruiting for the US market, especially GTM roles.
• Excellent English and ability to work with international teams across cultures/time zones.
• AI-first mindset; actively leveraging AI in sourcing and screening.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment across GTM (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) and other business functions.
• Find exceptional talent through proactive sourcing and networking.
• Partner with hiring managers across the US, Europe, and beyond.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience while maintaining fast hiring processes.
