Job summary

Oversee is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Partner who loves building, not just hiring. You will own end-to-end recruitment for GTM and other functions across international teams, using proactive sourcing and AI tools to improve speed and quality of hires.

You’ll partner with hiring managers across the US, Europe, and LATAM, delivering an exceptional candidate experience while driving innovative recruiting practices in a fast-moving, global startup environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of recruiting experience, ideally in a fast‑growing tech startup or SaaS company.
• Hands‑on experience recruiting for the US market, especially GTM roles.
• Ability to work with international teams across cultures and time zones.
