Jellyfish is seeking a Design Director to lead a globally dispersed team in creating high-quality content for renowned brands. You will guide hands-on design, ensure creative excellence across static and motion graphics, and oversee adaptation for multiple markets using AI tools like Pencil Pro.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in design leadership, advanced English, and deep proficiency with Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.

Formación

• 7 years of professional design leadership experience in an agency or brand environment.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience with globally recognised brands and adapting design for diverse markets.
• Expertise in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• In-depth knowledge of AI design tools and Pencil Pro prompting methodology.
• Proficiency in motion design and video editing; 3D animation tools (Blender) considered a bonus.
• Experience producing digital and social assets for global audiences.
• Experience leading diverse design teams across multiple time zones.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and inspire a globally dispersed design team, fostering community and high-quality output.
• Participate in project reviews, ensuring briefs are met and output aligns with client expectations.
• Oversee production and adaptation of content across channels, maintaining brand standards.
• Use Pencil Pro to refine the design process and accelerate content adaptation.
• Collaborate with creative teams and project managers to ensure briefs are understood and delivered.
• Create content for localisation and regional adaptation across social/digital platforms.
• Present ideas and design solutions to teams, VPs of Creative, and clients with clarity and impact.
