Job summary

Farahi Law Firm is seeking a Recruitment Director to lead talent acquisition across North America and APAC. You will translate business priorities into scalable hiring operations, build strong talent pipelines, and partner with executives to anticipate workforce needs and drive growth.

The role requires strategic thinking, deep recruitment expertise, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams across regions while enhancing the candidate experience and employer branding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive recruitment or talent acquisition experience, including 3–5 years in leadership.
• Experience across multiple locations/regions; legal or professional services exposure valued.
• Strong understanding of hiring practices and talent markets in various regions; adapt strategies accordingly.
• Experience developing recruitment strategies, workforce plans and talent pipelines.
• Know-how in sourcing, interviewing, selection, offer management and process improvement.
• Analytical skills to interpret metrics, build dashboards, and translate data into actions.
• Excellent leadership, communication, coaching, stakeholder management and discretion with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy aligned with business objectives and regional needs.
• Forecast talent demand and establish realistic hiring plans with leadership.
• Build proactive talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles across regions.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment delivery including sourcing, screening and offers.
• Ensure clear guidance and effective support to hiring managers throughout the process.
• Strengthen employer brand and candidate experience across markets.
• Lead analytics and dashboards to track time-to-fill, cost per hire and quality of hire.
• Coach recruitment managers and teams to build a high-performing function.
