PepsiCo in Mexico (Veracruz) is seeking a Recruiter for professional positions to execute end-to-end recruitment aligned with local requirements, supporting business talent needs.

You will engage with hiring managers, source and prescreen candidates, manage offers, and drive process improvements within SLAs. Requires 2–3 years recruitment, advanced English, and experience with ICIMS.

Formación

  • Bachelor Degree (Business, Psychology, HR, or related)
  • 2-3 years of recruitment experience, preferrably globally
  • Advanced English
  • Prior experience in working with ICIMS or another Candidate Management System/Applicant Tracking System
  • Proven ability to influence internal clients/hiring teams on staffing-related decisions, providing a value adding point of view relative to candidate consideration
  • Displays professionalism and interest to learn in an effort to develop strong client partnerships
  • Personable, high energy individual that is passionate about recruitment and enjoys working in a fast paced, innovative, dynamic organization
  • Must be collaborative team player
  • Proficient oral and written communication skills
  • Must appreciate the need to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism at all times.

Responsabilidades

  • Constant communication with Hiring Managers and Stakeholders.
  • Deliver correct screen and sourcing aligned with business requirement
  • Candidate sourcing and prescreening for open positions
  • Identify qualified candidate slate and make recommendations to TA Local
  • Develop and negotiate the offer terms (e.g. comp. sign on bonus, vacation time, benefits, etc.)
  • Deliver services at the defined at the SLAs/KPIs and drive operational efficiency and continuos improvement
  • Identify and implement service delivery and process improvement opportunities
  • Manage escalation and takes ownership for ultimate issues resolution

Responsibilities
