HP, Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain MADO Program Manager to lead end-to-end M&A supply chain programs within Enterprise Operations.

The role focuses on integration, separation, and Day 1 readiness, coordinating with Finance, IT, Legal, and Go-To-Market to manage interdependencies and risks. The candidate will guide cross-functional teams spanning planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and customer operations while driving governance, transparency, and value realization for deal

Qualifications

• 10+ years in supply chain, program management or transformation.
• Experience managing large-scale cross-functional global programs.
• Experience in mergers, acquisitions, integration or carve-outs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end M&A supply chain programs with defined milestones.
• Drive integration and separation execution for Day 1 readiness and handover.
• Coordinate with Finance, IT, Legal, and Go-To-Market to manage dependencies and risks.
• Lead cross-functional teams across planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and customer operations.
• Establish program governance with clear reporting and executive updates.
• Deliver synergy targets and ensure supply chain performance supports deal objectives.
• Provide supply chain input on target operating models during pre-deal phases.
