Job summary

Placements24 seeks an experienced Supply Chain MADO Program Manager to lead end-to-end M&A supply chain programs, driving integration/separation and ensuring Day 1 readiness across planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and customer operations.

You will operate within the Integration Management Office, coordinating with Finance, IT, Legal, and Go-To-Market to manage interdependencies and deliver synergies. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in supply chain, program management, or transformation roles.
• Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional global programs.
• Experience in mergers and acquisitions, integration, or carve-outs preferred.
• Solid understanding of multiple supply chain domains (planning, procurement, logistics, customer operations).
• Proven ability to communicate with senior executives and drive decisions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end M&A supply chain programs across all supply chain domains, defining structure, milestones, deliverables and execution.
• Drive integration and separation execution to ensure Day 1 readiness, stabilization, and handover to operations.
• Operate within the Integration Management Office (IMO) and align with Finance, IT, Legal, and Go-To-Market to manage interdependencies and risks.
• Lead cross-functional teams by coordinating planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and customer operations.
• Manage program governance and communication with clear reporting, executive updates, and decision forums.
• Drive value realization by delivering synergy targets and ensuring supply chain performance supports deal objectives.
• Support due diligence and deal shaping by providing supply chain input on target operating models, risks, and value upside.
