Job summary

HP in Mexico is seeking a Procurement Operations Analyst 3 to drive efficient procurement of goods and services, lead supplier development plans, and maximize purchasing leverage across the organization.

The role focuses on process standardization, aligns with global category managers, and delivers training and support to teams while accelerating purchasing workflows and improving supplier performance.

Qualifications

• Four-year or graduate degree in related discipline.
• Typically 4–7 years of work experience in procurement.
• Advanced degree or PMP certification preferred.
• Experience with supplier management and category management.

Responsibilities

• Provides complex-level procurement support using subject matter expertise.
• Risk Mitigation and Quality Assurance for internal Purchase Orders (Procure360)
• Processing Purchase Requisition Validation and Procure Order Finalization
• Support HP Internal customer thru the purchase experience for Non-Catalog order
• Align with Global Indirect Procurement Category managers and process leads
• Collaborate with other GIP Teams on problem solving
• Lead and collaborate on process improvement projects
• Expedite the Purchasing process and ensure customer satisfaction
• Monitor programs, delivery solutions, key metrics, and process oriented tasks
• Provides procurement process design and training
