Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Rights, Law, Public Policy, Public Affairs, Sustainability, Supply Chain, International Relations, Business or related field; legal training or experience preferred.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in public affairs, responsible sourcing, human rights, sustainability, supply chain due diligence, policy, regulatory strategy, or stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Leads development, governance, and continuous improvement of sub-tier due diligence across HP's supply chain.
• Designs and manages programs to identify, assess, mitigate and prevent risks.
• Ensures cross-functional alignment with Procurement, Supply Chain, Legal, Compliance, Government Affairs.
• Leads complex multi-stakeholder projects from strategy through execution.
• Translates responsible sourcing, human rights, sustainability, and regulatory topics into practical guidance and customer messaging.
