Teradata in Mexico City is seeking a procurement and supply chain professional to support end-to-end hardware purchasing, supplier management, and operational reporting. You will help ensure the hardware supply chain runs smoothly and provide teams with visibility to make informed decisions.

The role requires a 4-year degree in SCM/Business, 3–5 years in supply chain, strong Excel skills, experience with ERP/order management, and familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce.

Formación

• 4-year college degree in supply chain, business, finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or operations.
• Proficiency in Excel and data tools, with experience in ERP or order management systems.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools to enhance and increase efficiency in day-to-day work.

Responsabilidades

• Execute purchase orders and manage the full procurement cycle for hardware components.
• Serve as day-to-day contact with suppliers on order status, lead times, and price changes.
• Lead weekly order status and readiness calls, tracking actions and escalations.
• Compile and present monthly supply chain metrics and cost process updates.
• Report supplier performance metrics including on-time delivery and variances.
• Develop and maintain operational reports on inventory, backlogs and fulfillment.
• Support ESG initiatives including supplier data collection and ad-hoc research.
• Drive process improvements by validating data and standardizing workflows.
