Hitachi High-Tech Mexico S.A. de C.V. is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to coordinate orders, forecast demand, process RMAs, invoices and logistics in a hybrid role in Mexico City.

You’ll work with SAP to maintain customer and supplier accounts, support month‑end close, and coordinate shipments with domestic and international partners, while collaborating with sales and warehouse teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.
• Minimum 2 years in customer service and international operations.
• Experience with SAP, Excel, Word and Outlook preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate customer service and inside sales activities.
• Enter orders, forecast demand, plan logistics and billing.
• Monitor backlog, AR, and resolve price discrepancies.
• Process trade orders/POs with domestic and international suppliers.
• Assist month-end close and inventory control.
