HARMAN Lifestyle is seeking a Supply Planning Associate Analyst to track new Bookings, provide status updates to the Harman sales team, and support operations by executing supply plans with cross-functional teams in Mexico City.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in international business or related field, strong Excel skills, and English at least at B1 level. Hybrid work is available, with occasional travel.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in international business, economics, or related field.
• Graduated; experience as supply or operations analyst is a plus.
• Intermediate English (B1) written and spoken.
• Strong attention to detail, well organized, and analytical with numerical skills.
• Proficiency in Excel (Pivot tables), PowerPoint, and Word.

Responsabilidades

• Document, send and inform about new Bookings to our International Trade team.
• Weekly DI shipments report to provide visibility to internal Harman team.
• Validate documents (FCR, invoices, packing lists, serial numbers) for invoicing and upload data to system.
• Provide information/documents/requirements to sales team regarding their Bookings.
• Perform preorders analysis to ensure they meet DI requirements.
