Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Senior Sourcing Manager (Hybrid or Onsite) to identify and manage suppliers across metals, electronics, plastics, and packaging. You will lead supplier qualification, cost analyses, and negotiations to secure competitive terms while ensuring quality and supply continuity.

The role requires a Bachelor's, 10+ years' experience, international supplier exposure, and fluency in English; travel internationally is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 10+ years of professional experience in supply chain, sourcing, procurement, or manufacturing.
• 3+ years in sourcing, procurement, or supplier management with international suppliers.
• Experience leading supplier evaluations, contract negotiations, and supplier qualification activities.
• Proficiency with MS Office and procurement systems; knowledge of Incoterms.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and manage global suppliers in strategic sourcing regions.
• Lead supplier qualification, cost analyses, and total cost of ownership assessments.
• Lead commercial negotiations and long-term supply agreements.
• Develop supplier scorecards and monitor performance with cross-functional teams.
• Mitigate supply risks and drive continuous improvement.
