Stryker Group is seeking a cost accounting professional to lead cost accounting activities within a manufacturing setting. You will leverage SAP ERP to manage product costing, inventory control, variances, and ensure financial compliance in partnership with operations.

The role requires 4+ years in Finance and Cost Accounting, strong SAP expertise, bilingual Spanish-English, and a bachelor's degree in Accounting. You will report to the finance leadership and support audits and annual roll-ups.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (Public Accounting or equivalent).
• 4+ years of experience in Finance and Cost Accounting roles.
• Experience in manufacturing environments with General and Cost Accounting background.
• Knowledge of Mexican accounting standards and U.S. GAAP.
• People management experience.
• Bilingual Spanish-English with advanced English (minimum B2).
• Strong knowledge of SAP ERP.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cost accounting activities in a manufacturing environment.
• Own product cost analysis and SAP ERP reporting with insights for operations and finance leadership.
• Design, maintain and analyze ERP/operational data ensuring data integrity.
• Improve procedures to meet audit standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage one direct report with guidance and performance support.
• Support annual audits and special projects with internal teams and external auditors.
