Autoliv is seeking a Global Solution Lead for OneStream forecasting and xP&A. You will own the OneStream xP&A platform, coordinate between Group, Divisional, and Functions, and ensure governance and data integrity while driving improvements.

The role requires experience in FP&A, enterprise planning processes, and strong English communication. This position involves regional and cross-functional collaboration, with a focus on long-term strategic planning and system enhancements.

Formación

• Bachelor-level degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• MBA would be advantageous but not required.

• Act as a bridge between stakeholders and technical teams.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day business operations and data governance.
• Maintain documentation, training materials, and user guidance.
• Lead long-term roadmap planning and continuous improvement.

In this role you will be responsible for improving Autoliv’s OneStream forecasting and planning solution, ensuring it meets business needs and reporting standards acting as an extension of the Business Control Team.

The role acts as the key bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, driving system enhancements, supporting operations, and safeguarding data quality and processes. It involves leading change initiatives, coordinating complex enhancements, and ensuring robust governance, data integrity, and adherence to best practices.

In addition, the role includes administrative tasks, troubleshooting support, oversees documentation and training, and drives continuous improvement and simplification of processes.

In This Role You Will

• Be Autoliv’s OneStream xP&A solution owner
• Act as a bridge between stakeholders (Group, Divisional, Functions)
• Ensure smooth day-to-day business
• Ensure data integrity and governance
• Maintain documentation, training materials, and user guidance
• Long-term roadmap planning
• Drive continuous improvements and simplification
• Lead change management and enhancements including impact assessments.

and if you have/are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
• Master of MBA would be considered a plus
• Fluency in English is required
• Worked as a Financial Controller at some point, preferably at a manufacturing company
• Experience from enterprise planning processes (FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning)
• Experience designing driver-based and multidimensional planning models
• Hands‑on experience with EPM tools & systems management (e.g., OneStream, Anaplan, Oracle EPM Cloud, SAP Analytics Cloud Planning)
• OneStream Certified Professional is preferred
• Experience in finance transformation
• Proficiency in data modeling (dimensions, hierarchies, allocations, assumptions)
