Rich Products Corporation is seeking a senior Demand Planning professional to develop accurate forecasts and enable effective supply chain decisions in a fast-paced environment. You will drive CPFR with key customers and lead SIOP/IBP processes to align commercial and financial goals.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in demand planning, production planning, supply chain, inventory replenishment, scheduling, S&OP, or related areas.
• Advanced English language proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Lead CPFR process with strategic customers (e.g., Walmart) to develop collaborative demand and replenishment plans.
• Lead SIOP/IBP process ensuring alignment across Commercial, Supply Chain and Finance teams.
• Develop and maintain forecasting models using statistical, market, promotional, and historical data.
• Analyze demand trends and deviations to propose action plans improving forecast performance.
• Generate KPI-based performance reports (Forecast Accuracy, Bias, Fill Rate, Service Level, inventory).
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and integrate qualitative and quantitative inputs.
• Conduct sensitivity analyses and scenario planning.
• Improve planning processes using SAP and Blue Yonder; ensure data quality.
• Prepare and present executive reports using Power BI.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation in demand planning.
