Carrier Global Corporation seeks an experienced supply chain professional to lead the S&OP and demand planning process. You will coordinate with business leaders to develop consensus forecasts, integrate inputs from multiple teams, and drive improvements in forecasting accuracy.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with SAP/Kinaxis, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams across the organization. A bachelor’s degree and MBA are preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in Supply Chain (S&OP, Forecasting, Demand Planning, etc.).
• Strong working knowledge of S&OE, IBP and S&OP with implementation experience.

Responsabilidades

• Develop an 18-month consensus demand plan for the assigned Business Unit.
• Standardize materials planning and S&OP processes to optimize resources.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture inputs and improve forecasting models.
