UPS Healthcare Precision Logistics, Marken, is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in Mexico City to track shipments through Maestro, optimize routes, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining compliance with Marken Quality Standards.

Responsibilities include conditioning shipments, coordinating with carriers and receiving agents, and liaising with global and local teams to meet customer requirements and improve service levels.

• Flexibility in working hours, including weekend coverage if required.

Responsabilidades

• Track every consignment to destination and update milestones in Maestro.
• Condition shipments (e.g., Dry Ice replenishment, re-packaging, labeling) as needed.
• Define routes to dispatch shipments, considering direct flight options, cost, and airline experience.
• Obtain MAWB and coordinate with receiving agent or MARKEN office.
• Inform Dispatch when shipment is ready to tender to the airline per COT.
• Enter routing legs into Maestro and send Domestic Alert.
• Monitor milestones using appropriate reporting tools and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with Marken offices and local service providers to meet turnaround times.
• Analyze recurring operational problems and develop potential solutions.
