UPS Healthcare Precision Logistics is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to track shipments end-to-end and ensure compliance with Marken Quality Standards. You will update routing milestones, optimize routes, and coordinate with internal teams to meet delivery requirements.

The role requires strong communication, problem solving, and weekend flexibility. You will use Maestro to monitor progress and ensure efficient transfers across the Marken network.

Formación

• Experience using Microsoft Office tools for data tracking and reporting.
• Understanding of airline networks and logistics terminology.
• Strong communication and stakeholder influence capabilities.
• Excellent problem-solving and prioritization skills.
• Ability to adapt to variable working hours, possibly including weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Track consignments and update milestones to ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Coordinate routing and ensure shipments meet customer requirements.
• Liaise with Marken network and service providers to ensure timely transfers.
• Maintain Maestro routing entries and monitor milestone progress.
• Analyze recurring operational issues to propose service improvements.
