TTI, Inc., is in search of a Global Shared Services Deployment Manager, this role is responsible for collaboratively working with regional functional mangers to develop new tasks to be deployed into the Global Resource Center (GRC), thus providing support to those regions in their standard workforce; Support the deployment of deployed activities in conjunction with the management resources in GRC; Monitor, control, adjust the output of those activities once deployed in the GRC.
What our Global Shared Services Deployment Manager do:
Evaluate, plan, and facilitate deployment of technology tools and systems.
Work within a cross-functional team, managing tasks, workload, and timelines.
Providing support to the functional teams while managing work across multiple time zones.
Proactively ensure that team priorities, roadmaps, and goals are aligned to stakeholder needs.
Collaboratively influence change across the greater organization and lead the GRC teams to deliver stakeholder results.
Assist with developing a long‑term strategy and roadmap to support the business to scale through the anticipated growth in need of resource support.
Develop proactive lines of communication with regional management to confirm go forward strategy on all activities. Including the addition of any resources.
Support all GRC activities and understands cross-functional overlaps in content and correlations.
Work with GRC and regional stakeholder to develop training programs to support deployed programs.
What we look for:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent job‑related experience preferred.
A minimum of 10 years of related industry experience is required, including experience in sales, sales management, marketing, product management, distribution, asset management, etc.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook) at the intermediate level preferred.
Significant experience working with TTI branches in any region. Additional experience working with corporate product in any region preferred.
Ability to travel internationally for extended periods of time is required.
Must be legally able to travel to US, India, Singapore, and Germany.
