HP is seeking a Pursuit E2E Deal Lifecycle Support lead within its Services Supply Chain in Mexico. The role spans opportunity discovery to deployment, coordinating Pursuit Support, Solution Design, Finance, and Operations to deliver scalable, profitable service solutions.

You will balance short-term deal enablement with long-term scalability, mentor junior colleagues, and help build standard practices and playbooks for pursuit and transition support.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Services Supply Chain, Customer Support, Services Delivery, Deal Pursuit, Transition Management, or related operational functions.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving execution in a dynamic global environment.
• MBA, PMP, ITIL, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certifications are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead SSC support across the E2E contractual deal lifecycle, from discovery and pursuit solutioning to deployment, hypercare, and handover to operations.
• Act as the main bridge between Pursuit Support, Solution Design, Finance, Portfolio, Operations, and SSC SMEs to assess feasibility and shape executable service solutions.
• Translate customer and commercial asks into clear SSC requirements and deployment needs.
• Provide high-level feasibility assessments covering operating model, tools, systems, infrastructure, resources, and cost allocation impacts.
• Support cost assessment and profitability decisions in collaboration with Finance and SSC functions.
• Project manage contractual service deployments with milestones, risks, and handover to operations.
